To celebrate assigned poolings fifth anniversary, I’m traveling back to the beginning with a special edition release of the first assigned pooling pattern, Float.  In this love letter to assigned pooling, I have added gram weights as guides, modified the edge treatment, packed in lots of extra tips,  and introduced enhanced color play by combining three individual colorways.  Since we’re now juggling three yarn sources at once, I have replaced the floret clusters with a simplified version for the AP flower texture, the aster stitch. 
Float is still a simple right triangle shawl and the first in a series of projects using the concept of Assigned Pooling, but this release marks the forty-first pattern in the series.
